Occasionally, providing support for a reported login issue may require us to request in-game security system logs from a user's PC. These logs are commonly known as "BlackCipher Logs". We use these logs to determine whether or not our security systems are blocking the account's access and, if so, the reasons behind this type of restriction.
Please see below for instructions on how to produce these logs for our support agents when requested:
1. Open the Nexon Launcher and access the Settings menu for Vindictus.
2. Access the "Game Configure" section of the Nexon Launcher Settings menu and click on "Open game location".
3. Once the game location is opened, locate a folder named "BlackCipher". Zip this entire folder and submit it to our support team by attaching it to your ticket response.
